FEBRUARY 2026 It was a Neutral Market!

SOLD February property sales were 18, up 5.9% from 17 in February of 2025 and 20% higher than the 15 sales last month.

FOR SALE Versus last year, the total number of properties available this month was higher by 28 units of 68.3%. This year's bigger inventory means that buyers who waited to buy may have bigger selection to choose from. The number of current inventory was up 15% compared to the previous month.

PENDED There was an increase of 30% in the pended properties in February, with 26 properties versus 20 last month. This month's pended property sales were 18.2% higher than at this time last Year.
